Sheila Williamson Associates (SW Associates) brings together teams of specialists to support clinicians and managers to implement changes to clinical services.

Sheila Williamson, our Managing Director, has worked in and with public sector organisations for 35 years.  The last 13 years have been within a consultancy environment. As a highly-motivated and results orientated clinician and manager within the public sector, Sheila has a proven track record of providing exemplary levels of service to a broad range of public sector organisations.

Her portfolio of consultancy includes managing change, project management and service redesign and transformation.  Her work involves providing facilitative and operational support to establish new approaches to integrated working within a health and social care environment.
